Every project is uniquely priced based on your goals, deliverables, and deadlines. Should the scope evolve during the engagement, revised pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before any additional work begins.
Moving forward with a proposal, whether through a verbal confirmation, email response, payment, or a countersigned document, constitutes your full acceptance of BrandLift Up Solutions’ terms and working policies.
We build exactly what we’re briefed on. Please ensure every requirement, preference, and expectation is captured in the approved proposal. If something isn’t documented, our team will proceed using professional judgment, and revisiting that later may involve additional work.
Specific technical requirements, brand guidelines, or preferences shared late in the project cycle can result in rework and added cost. The earlier we know, the smoother everything runs.
Each project is allocated a defined number of working hours. Small refinements are part of our process, but significant changes in direction or functionality will require a revised scope agreement.
We are fully committed to delivering within the agreed schedule. However, requests to alter core features or functionality mid-project can affect the timeline, we’ll always keep you informed if this happens.
Timely feedback and approvals from your side are essential. Extended delays in responses or repeated revision cycles driven by the client may impact delivery dates and could incur additional charges.
Due to the nature of our work, refunds are not standard practice once a project has commenced. Monthly service subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started. Exceptions are handled at the discretion of BrandLift Up Solutions management.
All website copy, images, media, and related assets must be submitted within the first two weeks of the project kickoff. Late content submissions may push back the delivery date accordingly.
Our quality assurance process covers all widely used modern browsers and screen sizes. If your audience uses specific platforms, browsers, or legacy systems that require dedicated testing, please notify us upfront so we can factor that into the plan.
Any additional hours required due to technical complications arising from hosting environments, servers, or infrastructure outside of BrandLift Up Solutions’ ecosystem will be billed separately and transparently.
Projects that become inactive for more than two months, due to a lack of client response or pending approvals, will be subject to a project reactivation and administration fee to resume work.
All code, systems, and digital assets developed by BrandLift Up Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon request, ownership or a usage transfer can be arranged for an additional fee.
Clients on active hosting plans with BrandLift Up Solutions are granted an exclusive license to use the developed platform as part of that arrangement. This license remains valid as long as the hosting relationship is maintained.
We integrate the best available tools and third-party solutions to enhance your project. However, we are not liable for disruptions caused by external platforms, plugins, or APIs. Keeping these components updated is the client’s responsibility unless a maintenance plan is in place.
We plan meticulously, but some delays fall outside anyone’s control. BrandLift Up Solutions will always communicate proactively and work diligently to minimize impact on your project timeline.
Unless explicitly bundled into your service package, domain registration and web hosting are charged independently. We’ll always clarify what’s included before you commit.
Email remains our primary and official channel for all project-related communication. Please ensure your registered email is active and monitored to avoid any missed updates or approvals.
Before work begins, BrandLift Up Solutions will provide a detailed kickoff summary outlining deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities for both parties. This ensures everyone starts on the same page.
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Requests beyond the agreed-upon revisions will be quoted and billed separately to keep the project moving efficiently.
We treat all client information, business data, and project details with strict confidentiality. BrandLift Up Solutions will never share your information with third parties without explicit consent.
Unless you request otherwise in writing, BrandLift Up Solutions reserves the right to feature completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials as examples of our capabilities.
