All payments made to BrandLift Up Solutions are final once project work has commenced. We allocate dedicated resources from day one, making refunds unfeasible after the engagement starts.
For ongoing monthly plans, no refund is issued for the active billing cycle, regardless of when within the month a cancellation is requested.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or official message. A minimum 15-day notice is required before your next billing date. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
If you choose not to follow our recommended strategies, including SEO practices, content guidelines, or technical suggestions, BrandLift Up Solutions will not be held responsible for performance outcomes, and no refund will be applicable.
Engaging another agency, freelancer, or attempting self-managed SEO while under contract with us automatically disqualifies any refund request, as it directly impacts our ability to deliver results.
We require timely access to all necessary platforms and tools. Refunds will not be considered if delays or failures arise due to withheld access, an unresponsive website, or unresolved technical issues on the client’s end.
Once a design is approved and development or testing has begun, the project enters an irreversible stage. No cancellations or refunds are possible beyond this point.
Campaigns or services arranged for specific events, launches, or promotions require a 30-day written cancellation notice. Cancellations made within this window will not be refunded.
If a project remains unattended or unresponsive from the client’s side for more than 30 days, it will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued, and restarting the project may require a new agreement.
Cancellation does not waive any outstanding balances. All pending payments must be cleared regardless of whether the project reached completion.
While our policy is firm, BrandLift Up Solutions reviews exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Any goodwill considerations are entirely at our discretion and do not set a precedent.
